Creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to evaluate software performance and functionality
Executing manual tests (functional, regression, integration, usability) to identify defects
Documenting all test procedures, test data, and results clearly for future reference
Reporting bugs with clear reproduction steps and collaborating with developers to resolve them
Retesting software fixes to confirm issues are properly resolved
Ensuring software meets business requirements and user expectations
Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality standards
Participating in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to provide QA insights

Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
Familiarity with writing and executing manual test cases and scenarios
Experience with defect tracking tools .
Basic understanding of databases and ability to validate data using SQL queries
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills to report and explain test results
Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional software development team
Capacity to handle fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
