Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend.
Define, monitor, and optimize campaigns against key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC).
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compelling ad creatives.
Research and experiment with new growth channels and platforms.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Build reports and dashboards to communicate results with stakeholders.
Ensure tracking, attribution, and data accuracy across campaigns.
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Growth Marketer / Paid Media Specialist.
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously.
