Responsibilities


  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spend.

  • Define, monitor, and optimize campaigns against key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC).

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compelling ad creatives.

  • Research and experiment with new growth channels and platforms.

  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate results with stakeholders.

  • Ensure tracking, attribution, and data accuracy across campaigns.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Growth Marketer / Paid Media Specialist.

  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).

  • Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.

  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
